HI!

I ‘m Cintia and I received my Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts at Lynn University. After interning in marketing for a popular kid’s theme park in Sunrise, FL I went on to design for Miami’s premier entertainment destination - Jungle Island, where I worked for nearly two years. Later on, I joined Richline Group, A Berkshire Hathaway Company, dedicating 10 amazing years to the team where I became an award winning Art Director focusing on providing extended marketing support for major national and international retailers in the jewelry industry. Today, I’ve grown in my career to be a leader at Haddad & Partners, a full service creative agency, managing and art directing digital advertising for one of their largest account - Microsoft.

I balance my day job with personal creative work. I sketch everyday and occasionally play with charcoal and ink! I also try to enter a few contests here and there, which I’ve been lucky to win or at least make it to the final round out of 500 entries; (that’s pretty good!)

My creative approach—no matter the medium—is to find meaning behind the design. I love to research and collect the data that later on helps support my design choices.

For me, design isn’t about making things pretty, but rather, a way to inspire others. It’s a way to plant a little bit of desire in their hearts; a yearning to turn the page and learn more about my concept, idea, design… ultimately, it’s about making an impact and making it memorable.
