About

I'm Cintia, a Senior Art Director with a BFA from Lynn University and over a decade of experience crafting impactful visual campaigns across entertainment, retail, and tech. My journey began designing for major South Florida attractions, followed by a 10-year time at Richline Group (a Berkshire Hathaway company), where I earned awards for my work supporting top national and international jewelry retailers.

In recent years, I’ve led creative teams for high-profile digital campaigns, including Microsoft. Today, I’m an Art Director at Integra Beauty, where I oversee all marketing content creation for L’ange Hair.

Beyond work, I stay creatively active by sketching, experimenting with charcoal and ink, and participating in graphic design contests where I’ve proudly made it to final rounds among hundreds of entries. I believe design is about more than aesthetics, it's a tool for storytelling, purpose, and connection. I’m also committed to giving back, volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami and Corporate pero Latinos through mentorship and pro bono design work.
